Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery times vary by destination. Within Europe, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days.
